In the last two years my husband and I have been treated to an all-expenses-paid vacation to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Maui, Hawaii. This past spring I also earned a leadership trip to Naples, Florida. All three trips were remarkable. Origami Owl knows how to spoil their Designers and I can’t wait to for our next destination to Cancun, Mexico, which leads me to today’s post. Does this sound like something you’d like to earn? Well, today’s your lucky day because it’s honestly as simple as 1-2-3! Let’s get started.
Here’s the official Origami Owl trip flyer. If you want to earn the trip for 1 it’s 40 points and for two it’s 50 points. Points are divided into 3 different categories: Personal Sales, Sponsoring, and Leadership. I’m going to break each section down and give you some ideas, tips, and tricks for how achieve your goal.
1 – Personal Sales – Think about the #1. It looks a lot like the letter I, right? This category is all about YOU and your monthly personal volume (wholesale). You earn 1 point for every $500 in personal volume you sell every month. Something to note: Your personal volume totals are NOT cumulative. They start over every, single month. Essentially, you want consistency in your personal sales. If you have $1400 PV one month you need to get your total to $1500 PV before the end of the month in order to earn that additional point. If you only sell $1400 you’ll earn 2 points (1 point per $500 PV). Bottom line: Don’t leave points on the table! Set your personal sales volume goals in $500 increments. Here’s some ideas to grow your business this fall:
- Host a Fall Launch Party or a Mystery Hostess Party
- New to O2? Consider a Pop the Box Party
- Host Fundraisers
- Offer Facebook Parties
- Sign up for local Vendor Events
- Try out the Locket Ambassador Program
- Visit local businesses you support with Menus and Muffins
- Make Back to School treat bags for teachers in your local schools
- Order a Fall Kit to add increase your PV as well as add new products to your display
- Promote the monthly special on social media, at events, and at your Jewelry Bars to significantly increase overall sales
2 – Sponsoring – Growing a team is a great way to duplicate yourself and earn additional income from a percentage of your downline’s sales. This category is worth 2 points per newly sponsored Designer who achieves $500 PV within their 1st three months of joining. As soon as you sponsor someone you’ve got to get them to hit the ground running. Make sure they begin booking Jewelry Bars as soon as they order their business kit. I always suggest scheduling 3 Jewelry Bars 3 days in a row. Offer to shadow them or better yet, have them shadow you at a Jewelry Bar. By doing three Jewelry Bars in a row the new Designers become more comfortable more quickly and it allows them to earn their kit expenses back right away and see the monetary benefits of being a Designer. 3 – Leadership – Once you begin sponsoring start focusing on the requirements for Team Leader. To break it down into manageable parts I created this checklist. Once you achieve Team Leader you’ll earn 3 points! Earn another 3 points every additional time you promote to a new title. What’s even more awesome is you earn 3 points if anyone you personally sponsor achieves Team Leader or promotes to a higher during the contest period as well!
You have from NOW until December 31st to earn this incredible trip. Give some or all of these tips a try and see what happens. Even if you don’t earn Cancun just think about what an amazing business you will have built by working so hard. What have you got to lose?
